TheRectangular Bolster is a modern variation on our classic. The flat, broad surface provides beautiful support to the spine and back. This bolster can also be used as a meditation seat or to raise the hips in seated postures.
- The cover is easy to remove, and machine washable (includes a stitched handle)
- Choose between natural kapok filling or organic spelt husk.
- You can also unzip the inner to add or remove filling for optimum comfort.

Choosing your filling
We offer two filling options -kapokor spelt husk.
Our organic spelt husk is from grain that is both grown and milled in UK. Each bolster is packed tightly with springy spelt husk, giving the pillow a firm but soft cushion that moulds to the body.
Kapok is a natural alternative to polyester. Giving a luxuriously soft, springy support.
Both fillings allow you to sink deeply, breathe, and truly relax - feeling entirely supported in your practice.
