Over time this bolster will compress down to a slightly more oval shape which is the ideal shape to support you.

Care
The outer cover can be removed and washed on a cold, gentle wash cycle. It is recommended you do not wash in warm or hot water as thatmay cause the cover to shrink slightly and then it's very tricky to get back on the inner bolster!
Hang outside to line dry or use a dryer on a low heat setting.
